Rob Harper elected as new Chair of Abelica Global

July 18, 2016

We are pleased to announce that Rob Harper, Partner at our sister firm in the UK, Hymans Robertson, has been elected Chair of Abelica Global (AG), a global network of independent and like-minded actuarial firms. Each firm is a leader in its local market and is free to provide advice unconstrained by global policies set by a remote head office.

As the exclusive U.S. partner of Abelica Global, October Three provides local expertise and a strong network of resources and talent to global clients for a better International consulting service alternative. Our method is simple, we partner with the highest caliber actuarial firms around the world to create a network of elite, independent firms to rival the reach of any of the ‘large’ multinational consulting firms by delivering a more personalized-level of high quality global service.

Commenting on his election to Chair, Rob Harper said, “I am passionate about client service and firmly believe that being part of the Abelica network helps all member firms deliver truly world-class service to our clients. Clients get the benefit of local expertise augmented by global knowledge.”

“Rob brings both vision and an incredible amount of energy to the role of Chair. Our access to global expertise, tools and resources through Abelica has and will continue to help us to serve both existing and future clients even more effectively, whether at a local or international level,” stated Jeff Stevenson, President and CEO of October Three.
