Meet Our Team

Adam Fruehauf is a member of the administration team in Jacksonville FL. He joins us with more than 7 years of direct client and administrative call center experience with Citi. He also brings 10 plus years of customer service and people management experience with other large corporations such as Walmart and Yum! Brands.

He was drawn to October Three based on the collaborative atmosphere and the client focused approach. He appreciates the sense of security that a defined benefit plan brings to our clients, and strives to reinforce peace of mind in every interaction.

Outside of work, Adam can be found enjoying live music, hiking, jogging, home improvement projects, and family time. He studied communications at Niagara County Community College, and is excited to help set a new standard for client experience in the retirement industry.
