David Hough
Consultant (Dallas)
David is a member of the actuarial consulting team. His experience includes design and management of defined benefit plans for professional service firms. David is a recent entrant into the field of actuarial science, joining October Three in 2011. In his prior life he was an engineer, focusing on such roles as microprocessor design and verification consulting for various technology companies. He has now brought his work ethic and determination to actuarial consulting…and is a great addition.
David is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
