Meet Our Team

Robert Dove is a member of the actuarial team and serves as our Operations Manager. His commitment to client management and delivery of services, coupled with his detail oriented nature, makes him a natural fit for his role at October Three. Robert started his career at Towers Perrin and after ten years there joined CCA Strategies. For the past 11 years (at CCA, JPMorgan and October Three), Robert has been immersed in the Flexible Deferral Plan practice, supporting all aspects of design, implementation and on-going service for large complex clients.

Robert graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in mathematics.
