With a track record of success, Ryan has played a key role in the development and execution of the O3 Edge initiative, focused on empowering financial advisors to enhance their practices and achieve substantial growth.

Before joining October Three, he garnered valuable experience in marketing and branding within the music industry, as well as product development in the technology sector, specifically with an e-bookstore app.

With a results-driven approach and a customer-centric mindset, Ryan continues to be a driving force behind October Three's success in the retirement plan industry. His dedication to innovation and creativity ensures the company remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders alike.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
