Meet Our Team

Sarah Santos is a member of the October Three defined benefit plan administration management team. She has been working in the Defined Benefit industry for over thirteen years. Sarah has developed her deep subject matter expertise through her experience providing ongoing pension administration services to clients as well as through her experience implementing new clients.

Prior to joining October Three, Sarah was an Operations Consultant at Voya Financial, performing complex pension calculations for dozens of clients. Sarah’s ability to research, resolve and document complex client and participant issues across a wide range of clients supported her promotion to Business Analyst within the Voya Defined Benefit Implementation Services group. In that role, Sarah reviewed legal and business requirements and translated those requirements into calculator and other functional requirements.

Sarah enjoys writing requirements, developing test plans and implementing new clients. She joined October Three because she was impressed with the company’s vision for and commitment to Defined Benefit plans of the future. When Sarah is not hard at work, she can be found at family cookouts, out at the movies, or knocking down pins and the competition with her bowling league.

Sarah graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in December 2006.
