Las Vegas – Today, John Lowell, Consultant at U.S. actuarial firm October Three Consulting, has been appointed President Elect of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA). As President Elect, Lowell will take on responsibility for strategic planning for the CCA and will be a member of its Leadership Team as well as representing the organization in the U.S. and
Lowell has over thirty years of experience as an actuary consulting in the benefits and compensation space. Lowell is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries for six years and has been an officer for five years. Lowell also manages a popular blog, Benefits and Compensation with John Lowell.
