Carlos joined October Three in 2026 as a Senior Consultant. As part of the October Three Private Market team, Carlos is proud to provide hands-on, technology-driven services for business owners and closely held companies. Market Rate designs allow balances to track actual investment returns, creating a predictable, stress-free contribution experience. Most recently, Carlos served as Director of Sales and has over twenty-five years of experience driving revenue growth in Cash Balance markets through advisor partnerships. Carlos is an expert in consultative sales, complex plan design, and cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, legal, and service fields. He is known for building trusted advisor networks and delivering cutting-edge, high-value retirement strategies. He has served as Cash Balance Coach and Trainer, educating and mentoring financial professionals; over 4,500 financial advisors have completed the structured Cash Balance training events. Carlos has historically driven the design and implementation of Cash Balance plans for thousands of business owners, reducing tax exposure and accelerating long-term retirement savings. Carlos received his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He was raised and now resides on Long Island with his wife and two children. Carlos enjoys watching and participating in sports and outdoor activities of all types.
