October Three continues to grow as we re-define the employee benefits arena. With growth comes the need for new people. We continually look for new personnel to add to our talented staff of actuaries and benefits professionals. We focus on hiring college graduates and actuaries early in their career, and we visit a number of universities each Fall looking for top students. Candidates with degrees in actuarial science and mathematics are preferred. Ideal candidates have a high GPA (showing strong work ethic and academic commitment) and multiple actuarial exams (showing strong commitment to actuarial credentials and career path). In addition to strong actuarial talent, we are also looking for dynamic people with pension administration experience.
