Allan Bittner

Allan Bittner is a member of the actuarial consulting team. He has experience consulting corporate sponsors of mid-size and small retirement plans. Allan enjoys helping his clients understand the regulations that govern the operation of their retirement plans. He chose October Three because of the firm's customer service approach and dedication to helping business owners plan for retirement by implementing defined benefit pension plans. Allan is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), an enrolled actuary (EA) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA). Allan received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and English from Marquette University and a master's in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin.
