What Amber Stevenson loves about October Three is our clear passion and dedication to helping others. She also appreciates the collaborative environment, in which all situations are approached with a growth mindset and true teamwork is highly valued.

Amber previously worked for one of the nation’s largest General Contractors, providing both Executive Assistance and Human Resources administration, during which time she gained a passion for helping both employees and employers and learning employment law. Her extensive knowledge in employee law, record keeping, HRIS implementation, on-boarding, employee engagement, project management and event management bring unique perspective to her work.

Amber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an emphasis on Human Development and Family Relations, from Illinois State University. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and little girl, exploring new places, and being outdoors.
