Beau joined October Three with a passion for building real relationships and doing work that makes a difference. With over seven years in agency sales, he helped grow revenue by 800 percent, closed more than $3 million in deals, and earned a reputation for leading with trust, clarity, and care.

He was drawn to O3 for its people-first culture, collaborative mindset, and commitment to meaningful impact. He loves helping clients work through challenges and enjoys being part of a team that values both results and relationships.

Outside of work, Beau is a proud husband and new dad to a baby girl. Becoming a father has re-shaped his world in the best way. He and his wife enjoy time outside with their two dogs, watching Adam Sandler movies, and dreaming up ideas for her growing wedding photography business.

Beau is also a dedicated Seahawks fan who never misses a game and loves the energy of football Sundays. He cares deeply about mental health and believes in showing up with empathy and authenticity in every area of life.
