Meet The Team

Carri joined October Three as a Benefits Consultant on the Plan Administration Team in 2022. She has about 12 years of experience working in the defined benefit industry on mid- and large-sized plans, both traditional and cash balance.

Before joining October Three, Carri worked at two leading pension firms, learning about many areas related to pension administration, including calculating complex benefits, communicating with clients, reporting, disbursement management, onboarding new clients and training new hires.

Carri chose to come to October Three, where her talents would make a more significant impact and her ideas would be heard, thanks to the firm’s entrepreneurial atmosphere.

When not at work, Carri volunteers as a reserve deputy for the local county sheriff’s office, giving back to communities that have helped her to prosper. She also enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling and trying new things. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
