Carter Angell is a Partner with October Three, focused on identifying strategic opportunities for growth across our actuarial services and channels. Carter’s career evolution from actuary to consultant to business leader provides him diverse experience to contribute to October Three’s goals for continuous growth and innovation. Carter’s most recent experience was leading an employee benefits consulting firm post-acquisition, working to optimize operations, strengthening client relations, and steadying the team amidst significant organizational change. His focus is as much about being value-oriented as results-driven, developing and expanding relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues in the right way. His ability to connect people, processes, and technology will further October Three’s disruption of the retirement industry. Carter is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and received a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame as well as his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
