Darby Addison is the Controller of October Three, focused on ensuring that all aspects of the firm’s financial operations are managed according to the highest standards. She was excited to join O3 based on its culture, values of integrity and caring, and an opportunity to make a difference. Darby’s broad career experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to the firm. She joined October Three after serving as both the CFO and COO of a multimedia advertising firm, where she was responsible for the company’s complex operations as well as its overall financial strategy. Prior to that, she served as CFO of a specialty retailer and in financial roles at a museum. A proud mother of three and a native of Jacksonville, Florida, Darby earned her MBA at the University of Florida and her BBA in accounting at the University of North Florida. She was honored as an Ultimate Finance Executive by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2022 and has volunteered extensively with Dreams Come True, an organization that supports terminally ill children and their families.
