Meet The Team

Elizabeth Welborne is a member of the actuarial consulting team, specializing in corporate pension plans. She was drawn to the culture of October Three and the company’s goal to innovate in the definedbenefit pension space. Prior to joining October Three, Elizabeth was a part of the actuarial consulting team at Willis Towers Watson.Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Ball State University. During her time at Ball State, Elizabeth was a pitcher for the softball team. In 2019, she was inducted into the Ball State Hall of Fame for her athletic accomplishments. She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA
