After attaining his undergraduate degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, Evan has gained over seven years of experience with Defined Benefit and Post-Retirement Employee Benefit plans, including more than five years with McCready and Keene, now October Three Consulting. In that time, he has supported hundreds of plans, with benefits spanning the full gamut of retirement, survivorship, and health offerings. His background in census analytics has evolved into a focus on engaging web-based plan administration and real-time participant experiences for corporate and public clients committed to creating exceptional experiences for their people. In recent years, Evan has put a heightened priority on ensuring that participants and plan sponsors alike receive a first-class experience when collaborating with our team. He has helped enhance plan communications, develop interactive dashboards, and streamline reporting processes that improve transparency, accuracy, and engagement. As a newly credentialed Associate of the Society of Actuaries, he continues to advance his actuarial expertise through ongoing exams and a strong commitment to always-relevant expertise, making him a reliable partner for corporate plan sponsors and their participants.
