Meet The Team

Jessica Skelton joined October Three in October 2025 as a Pension Administration Associate. Before beginning her career in pension administration, Jessica served six years in the United States Military as a mechanic and maintenance administrator, where she developed strong organizational and administrative skills that continue to guide her professional growth today.

Jessica is currently pursuing her Associate of Arts degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville, having recently transferred from National University. Her academic focus, combined with her military background, has equipped her with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence.

As a new member of October Three, Jessica is still learning the ins and outs of her role, but has already found the workplace environment to be welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. She appreciates being part of a team that values honesty, respect, and strives to make a positive impact through its work.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her twins and German Shepherd, exploring new parks, and tending to her growing collection of houseplants. A self-proclaimed plant enthusiast, she finds joy in creating calm, green spaces both at home and in her daily life.
