Joshua Randle El is a part of the actuarial consulting team in the Dallas office. He was drawn to October Three’s commitment to redefine the retirement industry as well as the family style culture. Josh works with a variety of professional service firms where his responsibilities vary from plan maintenance to compliance testing and plan valuations. Outside of work, Josh enjoys listening to music, watching basketball and playing golf. Josh graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2021 with a BA in Actuarial Science. He is currently pursuing the designation of Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
