Meet Our Team

Juan Rivera is member of October Three’s administration team, and is based in Jacksonville, FL. Juan’s background includes extensive accounting and bookkeeping work, and over five years’ experience in direct client and administrative call center support, having previously served clients in dispute resolution at InComm. Juan was drawn to October Three’s collaborative atmosphere and client focused approach.

Juan received a scholarship to play basketball for Georgia Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Computer Engineering. Outside of work, Juan can be found working on his cars, motorcycle, or home improvement projects, spending time with his family and friends, and traveling.
