Meet The Team

Kyle Severt is an Account Manager within the actuarial consulting team. He has extensive experience in working with plan sponsors across all stages of the retirement plan “life cycle” – from plan design, to implementation, ongoing administration and compliance, and plan termination. Kyle is committed to helping businesses understand the value that defined benefits plans provide to an organization and in managing the risks associated with these plans.

Kyle joined October Three in 2015. He was drawn to October Three's innovative perspective and its mission to provide efficient and effective retirement outcomes for plan sponsors and participants.

Kyle is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA) under ERISA. He obtained his B.B.A from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in actuarial science and risk management and insurance.
