Meet The Team

Mike Mulligan has more than 25 years of experience leading infrastructure and cyber security fields teams, and he is CISSP certified. His fundamental goal is making sure that October Three and its clients have the IT tools they need for success, while ensuring those tools are well-built and secure.

Prior to joining October Three, Mike worked for the 3rd largest home health company in the United States, as they grew from 10,000 to more than 35,000 employees through dozens of acquisitions and organic growth. In his 11-year tenure, he worked his way from System Administrator to Manager of Infrastructure, before being promoted to Director of Cyber Security Operations.

Mike has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking in his garage, and engaging in various outdoor activities.
