Meet The Team

Nick Themelis is a member of the October Three defined benefit pension management team. As a business analyst consultant, Nick brings his detail orientation to the task of requirements documentation and his analytical and problem-solving skills to his quality assurance testing leadership role. Nick is responsible for organizing and managing the testing of new system features and enhancements including defining testing strategies, creating test plans, documenting testing protocols and ensuring the quality of each quarterly system release.

Nick comes to October Three from Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt and Hewitt Associates), where he worked for 24 years, and brings his experiences of new client implementations, annuity purchase de-risking projects, lump sum windows as well as ongoing client and project management.

Prior to Alight, Nick worked in the pension actuarial services department at Principal Financial Group for four years.

Nick graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics. He lives in Tampa, Florida and is actively involved with his children’s sports activities.
