Nicole Kiehart is a defined benefits professional with over 16 years of experience in pension payroll, participant escalation resolution, root cause analysis, death management and vendor management. Before joining October Three, she was a Client Specialist at Alight Solutions.

She is very passionate about pensions. Nicole has consistently delivered and maintained standardized pension best practice guidelines, requirements, operational policies and procedures throughout her career. Nicole enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family outside of work. She lives in Sanford, Florida, where she loves exploring all the theme parks, hidden springs and beaches that Florida offers.
