Meet Our Team

Pat Kendall is a Partner and Head of Corporate Sales at October Three. Pat has been in the retirement business for over thirty years and his expertise and experience span from Actuarial consulting, to Sales and Product Management, and also Senior Leadership across various retirement plans including Defined Benefit, 401(k), 403(b), and Non-qualified plans.

Prior to joining October Three, Pat held positions at BCG Pension Risk Consultants where he was a Managing Director, MassMutual where he was Head of Defined Benefit Product and Distribution, OneAmerica where he was Regional Vice President of Sales, and Diversified as the Regional Vice President of Sales as well as the Defined Benefit Practice Leader. He is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), and an Enrolled Actuary (EA) under ERISA. Pat received his B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College.
