Meet The Team

Ridhwana Rahman is a Partner and member of the actuarial team. Ridhwana’s work encompasses a wide variety of actuarial consulting services, including projects such as expense allocations, benefit calculations, valuations, and nondiscrimination testing. She has also been involved with plan design and plan termination. She enjoys that her projects have challenged her to be multi-faceted: she has to be both a numbers person as well as a words person, she has to be detail-oriented while still keeping the big picture in mind. Her career began in 2009 with JPMorgan Compensation and Benefit Strategies.

Ridhwana is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA). She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A. in actuarial science, finance, and risk management & insurance.
