Shonda Roberson
Pension Service Center Manager (Jacksonville)
Shonda brings more than 20 years of progressive operations and contact center leadership experience to October Three. She was drawn to October Three’s reputation for excellence, precision, and client-centered service, and saw an opportunity to help strengthen and elevate the Pension Service Center through strong leadership and process improvement.
Before joining October Three, Shonda held multiple leadership roles at Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida), where she led high-performing teams in complex healthcare service environments. Throughout her career, she has consistently improved service levels, enhanced quality assurance programs, and reduced operational waste by applying Lean Six Sigma principles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
At October Three, Shonda is responsible for leading the Call Center for Pension Services, developing team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional client experience. She is passionate about coaching leaders, building accountable and engaged teams, and creating service environments where both employees and clients thrive.
Outside of work, Shonda enjoys continuous learning, exploring financial literacy and investing strategies, serving in her faith community, and spending time with family. She believes leadership is both a responsibility and a calling.
