Stephen began his career in 2019 at a major recordkeeper in the Defined Contribution space, where he gained firsthand experience in retirement plan operations and advisor engagement. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and industry knowledge. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Classical Piano. This background brings a unique blend of creative discipline and analytical thinking to his work, enabling him to approach complex problems with structure and creativity. At October Three, Stephen focuses on connecting with financial advisors to educate them on Cash Balance plans—highlighting how these plans can help advisors grow their practices while supporting clients in increasing retirement savings and reducing tax liabilities. He thrives in roles that blend relationship-building with education and strategic support. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep him mentally and physically engaged. He plays classical piano, solves puzzles, and takes part in outdoor sports like pickleball and snowboarding.
