Meet Our Team

Toni recently pivoted in her career after over 20 years of experience as a Claims Operations Supervisor with Aetna/CVS. She managed a large team of cross-functional claims processors and customer service representatives.

Toni decided to come on board with October three because the open role suited her background perfectly, and she felt excited to join a fast-growing organization. She holds a passion for helping others, so she became an active volunteer with several organizations in her community including the American Diabetes Association, Making Strides against Breast Cancer, 2nd Mile Ministries mentor after school program, American Heart Association, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Toni enjoys cruising, traveling, reading, and working at the Jaguars Stadium in her free time.
