Meet Our Team

Troy Earley is a member of October Three’s Administration Team, and is based in Dallas, Texas. Troy spent most of his career in the hospitality industry as a Food and Beverage Director with Omni Hotels and Resorts and ClubCorp. Troy’s passion for excellent customer service and interest in finance led him to explore opportunities in the financial services industry. After spending a year with Fidelity Investments learning the Defined Contributions business, Troy was ready to take on a new challenge with a growing firm. October Three’s culture of service was a natural next step for Troy. Since joining October Three in 2021, Troy has enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about Defined Benefits administration.

Troy is an avid Dallas Sports fan- and takes any opportunity he can to cheer on the Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers. Troy also enjoys spending time with his fiancée and cooking with her.
