Ty is a dedicated HR professional with over 22 years of experience at Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt and Hewitt Associates) in various domains such as pension administration, project management, audit and compliance, risk consulting, and client management.

Her journey led her to join the esteemed team at October Three, where she sought to be a part of a fresh and innovative approach to pension plan design and administration.

In her role as an implementation project manager, Ty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She is resultsdriven and possesses a strong passion for pension benefits. Throughout her career, Ty has consistently delivered and maintained standardized pension best practice guidelines, requirements, operational policies, and procedures. Her efforts have fostered a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement within her work environment.

Ty holds a degree in Administration of Justice, which she earned from Kaskaskia College.
