Meet The Team

Brian Epstein joined October Three in 2025 as a member of the asset processing team, where he is part of the daily operations for market-based cash balance plans.

Brian has spent most of his career in the financial industry after first starting out as an elementary school teacher. Throughout his professional journey, he developed the ability to identify and solve problems using automation and outside-the-box thinking.

He graduated from Hendrix College with a degree in Elementary Education. Although he began his career as a teacher both stateside and overseas – and loved many aspects of the job – he soon realized his true passion was for Excel and all things data. After discovering this passion, he earned a Google Analytics Certificate and transitioned into the financial industry.

Brian was drawn to October Three because of its commitment to helping people and its innovative approach to achieving that goal. When he is not working with data, he enjoys puzzling with his wife, traveling, listening to audiobooks, and walking his two dogs.
