Meet The Team

Anthony Fandacone has spent his entire actuarial career working on small pension plans, directly with plan sponsors and their advisors in order to provide the most efficient plan designs and strategies. He takes pride in his ability to explain complicated plan design concepts to clients so that they understand how their plan works and have a better picture of their plan’s future. Anthony was attracted to October Three’s commitment to their clients and their openness to evolving with the ever-changing pension plan market.

Anthony is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA), and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He received his bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and Psychology from Baruch College. In his free time, Anthony enjoys golf, running, and trivia.
