Meet The Team

Charles Bannick is the Director of Operations at October Three. Charles joined October Three with over 16 years of experience in employee benefits administration services, with a focus on multi-employer defined benefit plans (DB), which included large Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining October Three, Charles managed the DB plan administration businesses for a Third-Party Administrator that specialized in Taft-Hartley retirement plans. Working in multiple capacities, Charles was responsible for overseeing administrative operations, client service delivery, relationship management, compliance, and project management. Originally from Seattle, WA, Charles graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. Going directly into the third-party benefit administration industry after college, Charles developed a strong appreciation for the DB retirement model and is passionate about customer service.
