Frank Hall

Administration Consultant (Jacksonville)

Frank is a member of the DB Administration management team responsible for October Three’s Pension Service Center team and Mail/Fulfillment Services. As manager of our customer service team, Frank is responsible for coaching and mentoring our associates and consultants ensuring we provide the highest quality service possible.

Frank works with our call quality coach and training and development consultant to ensure we are providing timely feedback and training. Frank manages our weekly “call huddle” team meetings to discuss issues, identify call trends, and determine if updates are needed to our knowledgebase tool.

Frank Joined October Three after retiring from an 18-year teaching/coaching career in the Florida public school system. Prior to teaching, he served proudly in the U.S. Air Force and worked for the U.S. Postal Service.

Frank holds a B.S. in Business Management.
