Meet The Team

John Filip joined O3 as a Policy Administrator with our Westport team. Previously, he held a team lead position with a life insurance carrier in Naperville, IL, working on various customer service tasks for policyholders and agents. John found the opportunity with O3 to be a great way to expand his life insurance knowledge and technical skills within the service industry. John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Risk Management and Insurance at Ball State University. In his free time, John loves playing golf, hiking and other outdoor activities with his family and friends.
