Meet The Team

Adrian Young is an administration associate at October Three and an experienced operations manager with a strong human resources and career services development background. She started her career as an HR leader for two companies, developing a keen understanding of talent management, employee engagement and organizational development. She then transitioned into a career services development specialist role, further honing her skills in career coaching and professional development strategies.

In her most recent position as an operations manager, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise, ensuring efficient processes and high team performance. Her previous experience as a personal banker at Fifth Third Bank also gave her valuable insights into the financial services sector, customer relations and process optimization. She’s excited to leverage her diverse skill set to contribute to October Three’s organizational success.
