Meet Our Team

Andrew Vargas Vila leads October Three’s government relations and corporate development efforts. He joined October Three in September 2021 and is focused on fixing the over-burdensome regulations which saddle employers with high costs and confuse our retirees.

Andrew has worked on numerous political campaigns across the country, from a presidential race to managing a governor’s race in New England. He began his career with Front Line Strategies, a full-service media and public relations firm in Tallahassee, FL. In 2015, Andrew was the Florida State Director for Generation Opportunity, a non-profit issue advocacy and government affairs organization focused on improving the lives of young professionals.

Most recently, Andrew was the Deputy Compliance Director for MassHealth, Massachusetts’ state Medicaid program, where he oversaw all audits and implemented best-practice findings across the commonwealth’s largest agency.

Andrew lives in Jacksonville, FL and enjoys reading and going to the beach. He attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL where he studied Political Science and History.
