Meet Our Team

Bianca Domio is a member of the administration team in Jacksonville FL. She gained 22 years experience at The Jersey City Housing Authority assisting with rental calculations, homeownership and credit counseling, property management and compliance. Bianca later joined ING in Jacksonville, FL to lead a team of analysts as a Benefit Analyst Supervisor. She then transitioned to become a Team Leader and New Hire Trainer at Fanatics’ call center, the largest retailer of licensed sports merchandise.

Through these experiences she has developed a keen passion for exceptional customer service. October Three is a natural fit for Bianca, as she endeavors to bring the highest quality service to pension administration.

Bianca studied Public Policy at St. Peter’s Jesuit College in Jersey City, NJ. In her down time, she enjoys the beach, shopping, spending time with family and impromptu weekend getaways.
