Meet Our Team

Bree Walker is a member of the October Three defined benefit plan administration management team in Jacksonville, FL. He has been working in the Retirement industry for over eleven years and has developed his subject matter expertise through operations management, data analytics and client service in the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution fields. Prior to joining October Three, Bree was a Client Manager at Alight Solutions, overseeing plan operations for three clients.

Bree currently supervises the October Three Pension Service Center team. His responsibilities include providing extensive call center training that covers customer service skills and client pension plan provision details, updating and maintaining the Pension Service Center knowledgebase tool. This tool is a key component ensuring that his team provides consistent and accurate information to pension plan participants. Each month, Bree monitors call center trends, performance against service level agreements, and monitors call quality for all clients.

Bree graduated from the University of North Florida with an MBA in May 2013.
