Meet Our Team

Cassandra Tennison is a consultant with the October Three plan administration team. She has been working in pension benefit consulting since 2016 and has been involved with the administration of defined benefit plans of all sizes, both traditional and cash balance. She has a wide range of experience and has been involved in complex calculation processing, client communication, payroll management, and procedure documentation.

Before joining October Three, Cassandra was an associate at Willis Towers Watson in their pension administration group, completing calculations and handling case management for several large-market clients. Her dedication to efficient and accurate plan administration soon led to her managing workstreams and learning the fundamentals of project management. She joined the October Three team because of the positive and collaborative environment her colleagues create, as well as the entrepreneurial approach O3 takes to the retirement industry.

Cassandra graduated from Texas Christian University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and traveling with friends and family.
