Erica is an administrative associate from Jacksonville, FL. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and contact centers, most recently in individual life insurance. She joined October Three because of its enthusiastic and inclusive culture and to further develop her contact center experience. Her customer service experience is a great asset to the team.

When she’s not working, Erica enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, watching movies, playing video games and visiting theme parks. She spends her weekends with family and friends.
