Meet Our Team

John Cronin is a member of the defined benefit plan administration team and has over 25 years of experience helping clients administer their defined benefit plans.

Prior to joining October Three John was a manager at J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services where he was responsible for the team assigned to implementing defined benefit plans. During his career John has worked with clients of all sizes and having a wide range of plan design and administrative requirements. He has held various roles and has served in a number of capacities ranging from customer service; training and communications; manual calculations and system development; and operations and relationship management. One of his greatest enjoyments is the process of taking a client’s complicated plan and making it possible for the participants to fully understand and appreciate the value of their benefit.

John served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, graduated from Northern Illinois University, and is a certified project manager (PMP).
