Meet The Team

Leah Monge is a member of the actuarial consulting team. She has extensive experience as a consulting actuary, specializing in pension and other postemployment benefit plans, assisting plan sponsors with retirement design, administration, accounting and financing issues, and settlement solutions. She also has experience with large professional service firms including design, expense allocations, and nondiscrimination testing.

Leah is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and an Enrolled Actuary (EA) under ERISA. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Actuarial Science/Finance from Drake University. She began her career with Aon in 2013 before joining October Three in 2022.
