Meet The Team

Lisa joined October Three in 2022 as a Senior Consultant as part of the Pension Risk Transfer team and the Private Market Cash Balance Sales team.
After a career in Medical Sales, Lisa transitioned to financial services in 2012, where she worked with both regional and national firms her to design impactful retirement plans for business owners, and their staff.

Her expertise encompasses Define Contribution plans, 316 Fiduciary services and Cash Balance Plans. She most enjoys creating and fostering lasting relationships with financial advisors, CPAs and other retirement plan partners which in turn helps everyday people retire on time with dignity. Lisa joined O3 because of the unique opportunity to learn under an unparalleled team of expert actuaries along with the consultative nature of the entire team not only with clients, but with each other. She is excited at the chance to be part of the evolution of the retirement industry, led by October Three.

Lisa holds a QKA (qualified 401k administrator) designation from ASPPA and is also Cum Laude Graduate of Ohio University earning a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science & Zoology. When she is not designing cash balance plans you may find her on her farm in NE Ohio where she lives with her Husband and an assortment of four-foots.
