Marcia Mitchell works as a DB Administration Benefits Consultant for October Three with over 10 years of experience in the benefit administration space. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Multimedia Technologies from Weber State University and currently resides in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Marcia has worked in the pension benefit industry, specifically the Taft-Hartley space, for 15 years. She successfully managed a team of six with both in-state and out-of-state employees over multiple pension/annuity/HRA plans. She enjoys crafting, reading, and caring for her pets in her spare time.
