Meet The Team

Michael Rondello is a member of the actuarial consulting team. He has over six years of experience as a consulting actuary, specializing in pension and other postretirement benefit plans, and assisting clients with administrative, accounting, and funding issues. October Three’s commitment to innovation and customer service motivates him to build relationships with clients to bring ideas and solutions around retirement to the table. Outside of work, Michael is too emotionally invested in Detroit sports teams and enjoys reading and hiking with his wife, Sydney, and dog, Winnie.Michael is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and is currently pursuing the designation of Enrolled Actuary (EA). He graduated from Calvin University in 2016 with a BA in Mathematics and Economics
