With FINRA Series 7 & 63 registrations and a background in the finance industry, Rafael is dedicated to providing valuable support to plan participants regarding their pensions and cash balance plans. The inspiring culture and innovative financial solutions offered by O3 resonate deeply with Rafael. In his personal time, Rafael finds fulfillment in being a father, tending to his garden, and regularly volunteering with Feeding Northeast Florida to support those in need.
