Meet Our Team

Rich Becker is a software developer and credentialed actuary with extensive experience in creating technology solutions for financial services, employee benefits and insurance organizations. He is passionate about bringing finance, mathematics, and technology to bear on solving difficult business problems. With more than 15 years of experience developing actuarial software, including several web-based retirement and benefits systems, Rich brings a wealth of experience to his role at October Three. Rich has worked for JPMorgan, Hewitt Associates and Towers Perrin.

Rich is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD). He received a M.S. in Computer Science with distinction from DePaul University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Illinois State University.
