Sergio Romo is a member of the administration team in Dallas. Sergio has more than 10 years of experience in contact center based customer service. Demonstrating a high level of customer satisfaction aided him in advancing to a senior agent where he provided leadership and support in escalations, research, and process. October Three drew Sergio’s interest because of the company’s commitment to client satisfaction.

While outside of the office, Sergio enjoys bike riding, walks in the park, and going to musical events with his family.
